StudentMaster uses the information submitted through this website to respond to enquiries, assess demo requests, arrange appointments and discuss suitable licensing or implementation options.
Information we collect
Contact and demo forms may collect your name, work email, telephone number, institution, learner and campus ranges, product interests, preferred follow-up method, requested date and any context you choose to provide. Signed-in hosting identity may also be recorded to help secure the workflow.
How we use it
- To route and respond to your enquiry.
- To prepare and schedule a relevant StudentMaster demonstration.
- To maintain an auditable record of request status and follow-up.
- To protect the forms from abuse. The service uses a salted one-way fingerprint for rate limiting and does not retain a raw IP address in the request database.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s protected database. Access to the operations dashboard and exports is restricted to the configured StudentMaster administrator. Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, customer relationship, operational recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion where applicable by emailing info@studentmaster.net. You can also avoid submitting a form and contact the team by telephone.
